RESPITE CAREGIVER (Babysitters)

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Respite Care Staff, you are a caregiver who directs, supervises, and provides babysitting services to families with children on the Autism Spectrum and other disabilities in clients' homes in Northeast Ohio.

This is an opportunity to get experience with children with a range of special needs.

Salary

$8 - $10 per hour (experience, education, & number of children)

Responsibilities

Staff need to be responsible, reliable, love to play and have fun, and able to keep children safe. Need infant and child CPR and First Aid certification.

Also need:

• clear background check
• valid driver's license
• reliable transportation
• car insurance

Qualifications

Must have a desire to work with early intervention, early childhood aged, and school aged children with Autism or other disabilities. A minimum of one year of acute care or previous home care experience preferred.
