Founded With a Family-Centered Vision
Peak Potential Therapy Offers Convenient, Top-Quality Care
Natalie “Holly” Reimann, MA, CCC-SLP, BCBA, founded Peak Potential Therapy in 2008 with a simple belief: families of children with disabilities deserved better access to high-quality, coordinated care.
Before founding Peak, Holly worked directly with children and adults with developmental disabilities and their families in clinical and community-based settings. Again and again, she heard the same frustration from parents: accessing the right services often meant driving to multiple specialists, coordinating disconnected providers, and trying to piece together a treatment plan on their own.
Peak Potential Therapy was created to provide a better option.
As both a speech-language pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst, Holly brings a multidisciplinary perspective to the care of children with autism, communication disorders, developmental disabilities, behavioral needs, and other challenges. Her clinical background has shaped Peak’s philosophy that communication, behavior, emotional regulation, independence, sensory needs, and participation in everyday life cannot always be treated effectively in isolation.
Over the years, Peak has grown from Holly’s original vision into a multidisciplinary pediatric therapy organization providing ABA, speech-language therapy, occupational therapy, behavioral support, and related developmental and educational services to families throughout Northeast Ohio.

What has not changed is the reason Peak exists.
Holly remains passionate about creating services around the needs of the child and family rather than expecting families to adapt to a rigid system of care. Treatment should be individualized, functional, collaborative, and focused on skills that improve a child’s ability to communicate, participate, build relationships, and become more independent at home, at school, and in the community.
That philosophy continues to guide Peak Potential Therapy today:
One primary provider. Multiple disciplines. One coordinated plan.
