I have been working with individuals with disabilities since 2001, while completing my undergraduate degree in psychology from the University of Indianapolis. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in 2002, I worked as a Qualified Mental Retardation Professional. In 2003, I started my graduate studies in speech-language pathology at Temple University. While in grad school, I worked one-on-one for a year and a half with a child with Autism who was profoundly deaf.

In 2006, I earned my Master's degree from Kent State University in speech-language pathology. Furthermore, I completed additional course work under Dr. Lisa Audet to earn the Graduate Certificate in PDD/Autism. Following graduation, I co-treated for nine months with Dr. Beth Anne Martin, child psychologist, and learned her social skills program. For a year, I worked for a school services provider and a MR/DD school. In the summer of 2007, I started my own practice focusing on home-based services in working with children with disabilities. My areas of specialty include autism spectrum disorders, speech and language delays in toddlers and preschoolers, and social skills.
I am fully licensed by both the Ohio Board of Speech Pathology and Audiology and the Ohio Department of Education, and a certified member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
I look forward to working with your family.
