SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS: KEYNOTES, TRAININGS, & SEMINARS

Peak Potential Therapy has created programs that focus on ways to improve the quality of life for children and their families affected by a disability by conducting presentations in the areas of early intervention, speech-language & ABA therapies, social skills, and family issues. Presentation Fees TIME COST Keynote up to 90 minutes $500 Seminar up to 3 hours $800 Full Day up to 6 hours $1,200                                                       Special custom programs available upon request Travel Expenses & Accommodations Transportation, business class airfare, and accommodations are required for Holly Reimann and one assistant. A per diem of $100 per day will be required for programs over 3 hours.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the agreed fee is required upon confirmation of the booking. The remaining 50% of the agreed fee will be required when the speaker arrives at the event.

In event of program cancellation, Peak Potential Therapy LLC, will re-book the program on a mutually convenient date with no penalty if the program is rescheduled within that calendar year. If the program is cancelled and not rescheduled, the initial deposit will be considered full and complete payment.

If the speaker attends the event and does not speak due to event schedule conflicts, then full payment will be required.

How to Book Holly Reimann

We know how stressful it can be to create, organize and put on an event. Therefore we will help you every step of the way to make the speaker selection & booking process as easy as possible.

1. Step 1: Fill in the Engagement Questionnaire
   
   Please submit the completed questionnaire to our office as our calendar is often booked a year or more in advance. If you have specific dates in mind, please contact us so that we can "pencil in" your requested dates. This will give you a priority hold while you're making your decision.
   
   
2. Step 2: Choose the Presentation Topic
   
   If you’re unsure about which would be the best, please contact us. We will be more than happy to discuss the differences in the style and information of each presentation with you, to help ease the selection process.
   
   
3. Step 3: Confirm the Booking
   
   Once you’ve chosen the topic of presentation and confirmed the booking, if necessary we may schedule a call between the actual speaker and yourself to further our insight about your expectations. It's important for us to learn what you'd like your audience to experience and "take away" from the program.

Once booked:

We request that you supply us with any objectives as well as written or visual materials that you may have on your organization or group. This will provide us with valuable background information regarding your products and services. These materials will help tailor the presentation and in turn be viewed as more valuable to your group.

In addition, we well send you an "introduction" of Holly Reimann for your announcer to read. We will also provide you with photos to help you advertise and promote the speaking presentation by Holly Reimann at your event.
