ABA Therapy for Kids in Northfield

Peak Potential is Northfield’s Choice for ABA Therapy

Peak Potential Therapy is proud to be Summit County’s top choice for Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. Children with autism lack the skills necessary to acquire and process basic information and, because of this, learn differently from their peers. Despite the disruption of typical learning processes, behavioral scientists have used the principles and procedures of learning theory to develop effective treatment strategies for teaching children with autism. This approach is known as Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

Our Northfield Center is the Ultimate ABA Therapy Facility

Our facility has multiple individual treatment rooms, a designated food prep and kitchen area, a social and pretend play area, a sensory regulation room, an art zone and a room for parents to relax while they wait for their child.

Every child in our ABA therapy program receives one-on-one instruction from a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Keep in mind that all of our ABA tutors are either certified RBTs or in the process of becoming certified. This extra training, certification and supervision help make the individualized programs we develop more effective.

Our Staff Makes the Difference

Northfield trusts us for ABA therapy because our team is one of the most highly regarded in the area. The Peak Potential Therapy staff has qualifications like the following:

  • All ABA tutors and therapists are certified RBT, and 85% of our tutors will be RBTs.
  • All staff is CPR certified.
  • BCBA is on-site the majority of the time for immediate assistance to tutors/RBTs.
  • BCBAs make continuous and regular adjustments to programs

We Work With Your Family

We don’t have a scheduled start/stop time for our ABA therapy programs. We are open from 8:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., and we will accommodate the needs of your family’s lifestyle and scheduling needs inside of that time frame. We are committed to seeing your child’s success and that’s why we offer these flexible options. At times a homeschool family might feel alone or isolated when they are looking for therapy options. Not here at Peak Potential Therapy. We provide many activities to promote social interaction and inclusion, as well as resources for all families.
