ABA Therapy for Kids in Akron

Peak Potential Therapy Can Help Your Child Today

Your child is your top priority. You want them to be able to learn and engage. For children with autism, learning can look different than learning for their peers. That’s why we’re here! At Peak Potential Therapy, we offer Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy. ABA therapy is a way for your child with autism to learn that was created specifically for children with autism.

Our ABA Therapy Facility Serving Akron

Akron, our new facility located in Northfield is perfect for your child with autism. With individual treatment rooms, a gross motor room, and a sensory regulation room, along with others, Peak Potential Therapy is the place for your child with autism to play and learn.

When your child is in the ABA therapy program, they will receive one-on-one instruction with one of our Register Behavior Technicians (RBT). Each ABA tutor is either an RBT or in the process of becoming one. While this is no small undertaking, we know that this extra training benefits your child.

The Staff That Makes a Difference

Akron, here are our staff’s certifications:

  • Our ABA therapists and tutors are certified RBTs or in the process of becoming RBTs.
  • Our team is CPR certified.
  • Our BCBAs constantly modify individual programs.
  • To provide assistance to our tutors/RBTs, we have BCBAs on-site most of the time.

Your Family is Our Priority

To best suit your family, we offer flexible scheduling. We’re available between 8:00 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. whenever it is convenient for your family to come. For the most effective treatment possible, it is recommended that your child has 20 hours of ABA therapy per week. If you homeschool, we can help you. We have resources ready for you along with activities to provide inclusion and socialization.

Our curriculum is also special. To ensure that your child is getting the best curriculum for him or her, we conduct an evaluation and then create a curriculum for your child based on what we have learned about them.

You want your child to reach their peak potential and we do, too! Contact Peak Potential Therapy today to see what we can do for you and your child.
